How to Order Information
MINIMUM ORDER :
We have no minimum order.
All prices shown on this website are exclusive of IVA (VAT) and are applicable for all purchases made via the website.
BUSINESS REGISTRATION STATUS:
The pricing on our website is set up to charge the current rate of IVA plus "Recargo de Equivalencia".
If your business registration status is as a Sociedad Limitada (S.L), we recommend that you e-mail your order directly to email@example.com. Once your order has been processed we will produce a pro-forma invoice for payment.
If you wish to purchase online we will refund you the "Recargo de Equivalencia" upon receipt of your CIF.
PLACING AN ORDER :
OPTION 1 - You can purchase any products simply by clicking the add to cart button alongside the product listing. The product you select will be added to our PayPal shopping cart. (This will open in a new window)
Once you have added to the cart all the products you require, you can then pay online by Paypal.
Paypal gives you the option to pay via Debit/Credit card.
Please note: You do not require a Paypal account to make payment.
Once we receive notification of your order and payment, it will be processed within 24 - 48 hours and then sent to you by a reliable courier company that offers next day delivery.
OPTION 2 - You can either contact us by telephone 960478811 and we will take note of your order or send your requirements by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will then confirm your order to you by e-mail and produce a pro-forma invoice with the total cost. You can either pay by Bank Transfer (bank details will be provided upon request) or Paypal.
Once payment is received into our Bank/Paypal account we will release your order.
If for any reason you experience difficulties in placing an order via Paypal, please give us a call on 960478811 or e.mail and we will try to resolve any issues.
We offer the facility to pay by Bank Transfer direct to our bank account or Paypal using Credit/Debit card.

Most Credit/Debit cards are accepted and processed via our Paypal account.
We use the services of a reliable courier company, which provides a next day delivery service, to deliver your order, unless another method of delivery has been agreed by prior arrangement with us.
We aim to process orders received on any working day (Mon-Fri) within the following 2 working days.
The delivery cost for a parcel weighing up to 10kg to addresses in Mainland Spain will be 5.00€ (exc IVA). If delivery is required to other parts of Spain, The Balearics, Canary Islands, etc. Please contact us for a quotation before ordering. The same applies if you would like delivery to the UK and other European States.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS:
Please contact us within three working days from receipt of your goods, if any item of your order is faulty when received, either because of a manufacturing problem or it was damaged in transit.
If you wish to return items because of an error on our part, they may be returned within three working days of receipt provided they are in fully resaleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. We will pay your costs of returning them to us and arrange collection. You can opt for us to replace these items, be given a refund or a credit note which you can use to reduce the cost of your next order.
If after receiving your order you are not entirely satisfied with any of the articles, you have a maximum of three working days, from the receipt of the order to contact us to have the right to return the goods. Any articles will only be accepted for a credit note, if they are returned in full resaleable condition and in the original packaging.
In this case the customer will pay the transport costs.
If we find that any items have not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refund/replace these items or issue a credit note.

If you chose to have monies refunded, we will refund the price of the article(s) as per the invoice and the payment method used.
1) PayPal. When payment has been made by Paypal we will refund the monies to the same. We will send you a refund note and a copy of the paypal payment.
2) Bank Transfer. If the order was paid via bank transfer then we will refund the price of the article as per the invoice to that bank account. We will send you a refund note and a copy of the payment to said bank account.
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us by sending us an email within 24 hours of placing your order. Failure to notify us within the specified timeframe means it will not be possible to cancel your order.
No cancellation orders will be accepted by telephone.
